Mr. Julius K. Ishungisa is Board Chairman PPDA since 29th March 2019 for four years till 30th March 2023.

He represents the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.

He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.

Julius has a wealth of experience in internal auditing, financial accounting, financial management, risk management and corporate governance.

He has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Internal Auditor at the National Social Security Fund and Uganda Breweries.

He has also served on various Boards including Action Aid Uganda, Bushenyi District Service Commission and St. Lawrence Secondary School, Sonde.
